Reboot the system in safe mode

  1. Click on Restart and press Shift key simultaneously.
  2. Then click on Troubleshoot, then Advanced Options and then Start Up Settings.
  3. Again click on the Restart link, and press F5 key. This will start the Safe Mode with networking.
  4. Now open the Chrome window.
  5. Then go to Internet Settings and clear the caches and cookies.
  6. Clear the History.
  7. Now start working with Chrome.

Add Multicast Protocol

  1. From home screen, go to Network Connections.
  2. Right click on the running adapter and Select Properties.
  3. Under the Networking tab, select the Microsoft Adapter Multiplexor protocol and then click on Install.
  4. In the next window, click on the Protocol tab and then click on ADD button.
  5. In the next window, select the Reliable Multicast Protocol and press OK.

Change the Browser’s Properties

  1.  Click on the Chrome icon and select Properties.
  2. Select the option Compatibility and then click on Change Settings for user.
  3. Uncheck the option, “Run this program in the compatibility mode”.
  4. Check the option, “Run this program as Administrator“.
  5. Click on the button Apply to confirm the changes and then click OK.

Check the Hardware Acceleration

  1.  Go to Chrome Settings.
  2. Scroll down and click on Show Advanced Settings.
  3. Uncheck the option of “Use hardware acceleration“.
  4. Restart the system in normal mode.
